What an exceptional stay we had here. Out top criteria are cleanliness, safety and friendly staff. This hotel ticked all those boxes and exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels and they don’t measure up to this Microtel. We would stay again and again. From check in to our hotel breakfast in the morning everything was done exceptionally well. Clean clean clean.
Stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites for my latest visit to Ann Arbor for a football game. It was a great stay with complementary continental breakfast, a clean room, and easy access to the highway and a drugstore nearby. They even have a shuttle to the UM campus (although we didn't get the chance to use it) which may be helpful for your stay!
We've been saying her over the last 3 years because of our daughters medical issues. Rooms are always clean and staff is amazing. Love the area because it's right off the highway and easy drive to Motts Childrens Hospital. Just wish the breakfast was a hot one
Great place, great staff. I arrived after midnight to find my reservation had been messed up through no fault of the hotel. The night staff helped find a room and was able to get me a room for the following night as well. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good with waffles, bagels, yogurt and fruit. Would definitely recommend the place and thanks again to the staff for all of their help!
I’ve visited Ann Arbor many times over the past year and have had a great experience each time. The hotel is very well maintained and clean, and the staff is always friendly. They offer a shuttle service to the UM campuses, which is a great convenience if you’re visiting one of the university areas. It’s also close to two different grocery stores and several restaurants. It’s always a great experience staying at the Microtel in Ann Arbor. The hotel is consistently clean and well-maintained. Their new bathroom feature with wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body wash is very convenient!
It's just a good motel overall. The staff is nice. The place is chill. The laundry, breakfast, wifi, etc all work really well. There's a grocery store and a diner nearby. The front desk was even nice enough to print something for me when I needed it.
Sara was the best! Always cheerful and offers yoghurt or juice when I pulled in. Very smart and extremely pleasant! She is definitely a gem. Loved my entire stay there. Breakfast is somewhat limited but runs good hours.I will Always come back should another family needs care. Hotel was Sterile!! Extremely clean and comfortable. We'll be back for sure. 13 minutes from U of M hospital,! Very satisfied.
Stayed here on my day off and initially had a rough time due to some unruly guests above our room. However, as soon as I told the front desk, Sara was quick to make things right in the nicest way possible. She made us feel welcome and the rest of our stay was lovely! Thanks Sara!
